Jennifer Sheller is Senior Vice President and Head, Global Clinical Trial Operations (GCTO). In this role, Jennifer leads and manages all operations related to the conduct of our company’s early-stage oncology and late-stage development clinical trials, with particular focus on global clinical trials that are designed and executed to meet cost, speed and quality standards. She oversees the design, study and data management of clinical protocols in all regions and countries, as well as the tools, systems and processes used in clinical trial executions.

Jennifer has more than 25 years of clinical trial operations experience. Prior to this position, she served as Head of Data Management, Quality & Continuous Improvement and Sites for GCTO. She joined our company in 2017 as Regional Head of GCTO North America (NA). Jennifer began her career as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) and has held roles with increasing responsibility including global program and therapeutic area leadership and functional leadership (trial operations, data management, clinical supplies). Jennifer has also led integrations of biotech acquisitions as the R&D Integration Lead and served on the front line for multiple health authority sponsor inspections.

She has a bachelor’s degree in molecular biology from the University of Pittsburgh, a master’s degree in public health in epidemiology from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and graduate coursework in quality assurance/regulatory affairs and project management from Villanova University. Jennifer has her Association of Clinical Research Professionals (ACRP) certification.
