With a strong foundation in Clinical Operations, Katie has spent the latter part of their career specializing in Good Clinical Practice (GCP) Compliance and Inspection Readiness.
Katie has been instrumental in establishing and enhancing GCP Compliance and Inspection Readiness functions within organizations. Passionate about fostering a proactive inspection readiness mindset, she has successfully collaborated with cross-functional teams to embed compliance principles into day-to-day operations.
With hands-on experience in Health Authority inspections, Katie excels at assessing organizational readiness, identifying and closing compliance gaps, and implementing strategies to ensure teams are fully prepared for inspections.
