Saubiya has more than twenty years of expertise in transformational change management, strategic planning, quality management systems, leading and developing global teams, and delivering high quality analytics to promote decision making. In her current role, Saubiya oversees CRG’s quality event management, vendor quality, quality analytics, client quality relations, quality systems, controlled document management processes. The purpose of her team is to deliver industry-leading quality platform that provides best-in-class insights enabling CRG to reduce and manage risk whilst sustaining regulatory compliance.

Saubiya has been with Thermo Fisher Scientific for 3 years. Prior to her current role, she was with GlaxoSmithKline where she spent 22 years in a variety of roles across multiple disciplines including Finance, Business Development, Sales & Marketing, Third Party Management and Ethics & Compliance.

She is the Executive Sponsor of the CRG Diverse Reverse Mentoring program, and an active member of the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association where she is a mentor. She is certified as a Six Sigma Black Belt, and in Project Management Professional (PMP) methodology. Saubiya received her Bachelor of Science from Northeastern University (Boston), and her Master of Science from London School of Economics and Political Science.
