Rachel Dossman offers nearly two decades of expertise in clinical development, with a diverse background encompassing university settings, clinical research sites, CROs, and sponsor settings. Starting her career in academic research as an undergraduate, she has advanced into leadership roles in clinical site management and clinical development. Currently, she serves as Director within AbbVie's Clinical Process Compliance team, where she and her team provide strategic GCP expertise for Clinical Development Operations.  Driven by a passion for innovation and change, Rachel focuses on data-driven prevention and risk mitigation, empowering extended clinical study teams to achieve enhanced speed and agility.
