Keith Dorricott is a Senior Consultant to the Avoca Quality Consortium providing leadership on metrics and QbD/RBQM. He developed his process thinking whilst at Kodak Ltd and is a Lean Sigma Master Black Belt. He has worked in two large CROs leading corporate process improvement for 11 years and formed DMPI Ltd 8 years ago. He provides expert training and consulting services in metrics (KPIs, KRIs, QTLs), process improvement, and root cause analysis in clinical trials. He is a member of the Scientific Advisory Board at the Centre for Pharmaceutical Medicine Research at King's College London. Keith's passion is improving the effectiveness and efficiency of processes by working with those on the ground who are running those processes.
