Lauren is the Head of R&D Quality at BioMarin Pharmaceutical. She leads the Quality team responsible for controlled documents, training, deviation/CAPA, and records management. Additionally, her group sits on clinical study teams as the Quality representative, providing oversight and guidance on quality issues. In her role she is focused on fostering a quality mindset, continuous process improvement, and delivering right-sized, agile quality solutions throughout all stages of research and development.

Lauren has been at BioMarin for over 20 years and has held roles in Manufacturing, GMP Site  Quality Assurance, and Global Quality. She is a trusted partner and collaborator, using her relationships and GxP expertise to bridge the span between R&D functional needs and quality solutions.
