Rachel Lee Jones is the Director of Clinical Research Operations and Strategy at CARTI Cancer Center in Arkansas, where she leads clinical research operations within a community-based oncology setting. With a Master of Biomedical Sciences and more than 10 years of site-level oncology and clinical research experience, Rachel brings a practical, patient-centered perspective to clinical trial quality, regulatory compliance, and operational strategy.

Her expertise spans regulatory oversight, study startup and activation, quality management, inspection readiness, staff education and training, and deviation and CAPA management. In her leadership role, she focuses on strengthening quality systems and cross-functional processes that support regulatory compliance, data integrity, operational consistency, and the integration of clinical research into patient care.

Rachel is passionate about expanding access to clinical research within community oncology and ensuring that quality frameworks support—not hinder—the delivery of research as an integrated part of patient care.
