Phill Gallacher is a biopharmaceutical executive with more than 25 years of global experience leading clinical development operations, program management, and cross-functional drug development teams across biotechnology, pharmaceutical, CRO, and medical device organizations. He currently serves as Senior Vice President and Head of Clinical Operations & Program Management at Cullinan Therapeutics, where he provides strategic leadership for the execution of the company's clinical development portfolio spanning immunology and hematology programs.

Throughout his career, Phill has built a reputation for operational excellence, organizational leadership, and the successful advancement of complex clinical development programs from early research through late-stage development.
