I have been in clinical research going on 15 years. I worked in a Phase 1 FIH clinic for 6 years then moved to a Sr Start up role and worked a dual role as an Associate start up Project Manager for 2 years at Covance on a Global level for multiple Phase 1-3 studies. After 11 years with Covance, I moved on to ICON's FSP partnership with Pfizer in May 2023 as a Country Trials Manager and then to Global Startup Project Manager. Wanting to expand my clinical knowledge, I obtained my Masters in Clinical Research Management from THE Ohio State University and then my PMP certification from PMI. I transitioned into a Clinical Project Manager role with ICON's Government and Public Health Division. After a little over a year of experience in that role, I am now back at Pfizer in a Study Operations Manager role and loving it!
