Rochelle Redding is the Global Site Budgets Process Lead at Merck. For the past twelve years she has developed investigator site budgets for Infectious Disease, Vaccine, General Medicine and Oncology studies. She supports the budget development tool strategy, process improvements, and standards as well as manages the vendor and team cycle times. 

Prior to joining Merck, Rochelle worked as a study coordinator and site manager and has spent 20+ years in the healthcare industry in billing and compliance.  Her educational background includes a MS in Clinical Research Administration and a BA in Health Care Management.
