Anamika Bajpai has started research journey as PhD fellow at Sanjay Gandhi post graduate institute of medical sciences, India where she studied the brain inflammatory response in brain abscess patients. After finishing her PhD, she moved to Drexel University and then Temple University, Philadelphia USA as post-doctoral fellow. Her research career revolves around exploring the macrophages several chronic inflammatory diseases like diabetic chronic wounds and cardiovascular diseases and cGVHD. She has secured various fellowships and awards to support her research. Anamika has published several high impact articles with her research in macrophages. Her collaboration work with University of Pennsylvania, was showcased on the cover page of JCI Journal. Her other research work was highlighted by Forbes magazine. She served as reviewer in various international journals. Apart from her research, Anamika has been invited to universities, podcast show to share her scientific career journey to motivate and inspire young scientists.
Anamika Bajpai is currently working as research Investigator at Incyte Corporation in Delaware, USA.
