In this role, I oversee the operations and resource management of a system-wide Clinical Research Organization (CRO), which facilitates industry-sponsored clinical research for one of the nation's leading not-for-profit healthcare networks.

Equipped with a Master of Business Administration, my expertise spans strategic planning, financial management, compliance, quality improvement, operational efficiency, and employee engagement. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a knack for driving strategy and transformation within clinical research organizations, including renowned institutions such as Sarah Cannon Research Institute and MD Anderson Cancer Center.
