Ashely Mitchell, MBA, is a clinical research executive, entrepreneur, and advocate dedicated to advancing neuroscience research and strengthening clinical trial operations. She serves as Clinical Research Manager and Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at Arizona Neuroscience Research, where her work spans clinical operations, business development, financial management, contracting, strategic partnerships, and site growth.

Ashely began her clinical research career in 2017 and transitioned into neuroscience in 2019. In 2024, she founded Axiom Clinical Research Services, providing specialized support to research sites in budgeting, contract negotiation, financial management, business development, and site operations. Her experience bridging the clinical and business sides of research gives her a unique perspective on building sustainable research programs while expanding patient access to innovative clinical trials.

Ashely holds an Associate of Arts in Funeral Directing and Embalming from John A. Gupton College, a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences and Business Administration, and a Master of Business Administration from Tusculum University.

Beyond her professional work, Ashely is deeply committed to advocacy and community service, particularly within the multiple sclerosis community. She serves on the Board of Trustees for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and is a member of ACRP and SCRS. Outside of work, she enjoys cycling, horseback riding, motorcycling, volunteering within the equine community, and spending time with her Double Doodle, Ducati.
