Conor Flynn is the Director of Research Contracts at the University at Buffalo. Prior to this role, Conor served as the Director of Research Operations for the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences, where he played a key role in advancing research infrastructure and streamlining operations.

Before joining UB, Conor managed federal research subcontracts at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York City. His earlier experience includes managing industry clinical research agreements with the UB Clinical Research Office, where he successfully negotiated several SUNY-wide Master Clinical Trial Agreements.

Conor’s career began at Xerox in Rochester, NY, where he worked as an Intellectual Property Licensing Executive, honing his skills in legal negotiations and intellectual property management.

Conor holds a JD from the University at Buffalo School of Law and a Bachelor of Science degree in Cell and Developmental Biology from the University of Rochester. He lives in Orchard Park, NY, with his wife, Ann Dillon, and their three dogs.
