She has overseen clinical trials involving pharmaceutical and medical device innovations and led national and global initiatives on clinical trial operations, regulatory standards, and systems to ensure efficient, compliant trial conduct. At OSU-CHS, she leads a team of clinical researchers and collaborates with physicians to advance ethical, patient-centered research.​
