Carolina is currently a Director at Merck overseeing the Contract & Budget department. Carolina received her Juris Doctor from Temple University Beasley School of Law upon graduating with a dual Bachelor of Arts from The Pennsylvania State University. She is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.  She has been negotiating Clinical Trial budgets and contracts at Merck for almost 15 years. In her free time she enjoys traveling, interior decorating and party planning.
