
Tina Bowdish is the Director of Research Strategy at AdventHealth, where she leads initiatives to expand clinical research across multiple regions and therapeutic areas. She is responsible for developing strategic frameworks that support trial feasibility, market onboarding, and operational scaling, ensuring research growth is aligned with AdventHealth’s mission of whole-person care. Her work emphasizes diversity, equity, and inclusion in clinical trials, broadening access to innovative therapies across the communities AdventHealth serves.
In this role, Tina partners with executive leaders across AdventHealth’s Florida, Southeast Region, Mid-America, Great Lakes, and Rocky Mountain Divisions to shape research strategies that address institutional priorities while pursuing opportunities in precision medicine, cellular therapeutics, and emerging fields of discovery. She is dedicated to strengthening research infrastructure, growing participant engagement, and advancing AdventHealth’s position as a national leader in research innovation.
Prior to joining AdventHealth, Tina was Senior Director of Clinical Research Administration at Vanderbilt-Ingram Cancer Center, where she oversaw clinical research operations for one of the nation’s leading National Cancer Institute-designated Comprehensive Cancer Centers. In this capacity, she advanced operational excellence, enhanced investigator support, and helped expand Vanderbilt’s research portfolio across multiple oncology disciplines.
Previously, Tina served as Director of Finance and Regulatory Affairs for the Wilmot Cancer Institute’s Clinical Trials Office at the University of Rochester, where she managed regulatory compliance, financial operations, and strategic growth for oncology research. In that role, she played a central part in positioning Wilmot’s clinical trials program for national recognition, regional growth, and long-term sustainability.
