Most recently, he successful sold Ledger Run, a leading CTA-Pay technology company for clinical trials and is actively supporting disruptive start-ups ProclaimRx and Upsite Clinical (all companies he cofounded).  He is a recognized thought leader in Pharma-Tech and frequently consults and speaks on trends/issues relating to the industry. His background includes a string of successful ventures - a start-up with Mayo Clinic, turning around PDR, starting and managing Merck Capital Ventures and various executive and board positions. He is a CPA, CGMA and CITP with an MBA from Harvard.
