Mitchell Hilbe began working in clinical research in 2005, building a career across oncology, autoimmune, rare disease, women’s health, ophthalmology, pain, and infectious disease. He has held clinical operations leadership roles at both CROs and sponsors, with a focus on late-phase trials and expanded access programs. Mitchell is the CEO and founder of DiversiTrials, Chief Strategy Officer at Clinical Research Pro (CRPro), Head of Site Relations at WideTrial, and founder of the Clinical Research Justice League, a nonprofit organization. He is passionate about advancing innovation in research and strengthening equity in healthcare.
