
Kyle Miller is a Data Scientist on the AI Services team within the Data & Analytics organization at WCG. In this role, Kyle focuses on leveraging AI, machine learning, and data analytics to enhance efficiency and deliver value to both internal and external stakeholders. A major project undertaken by Kyle is the development of predictive models for the Predictive Trial Intelligence (PTI) application housed in ClinSphere™, encompassing the validation and refinement of expert system algorithms. Additionally, Kyle contributes to the creation of a translation application powered by AI, enhancing communication capabilities across platforms.
Before joining the AI Services team, Kyle gained valuable experience in data analysis and engineering within WCG operations, with significant contributions to the Imaging department and Site ID. In these roles, Kyle developed algorithms, analytical pipelines, and dashboards that advanced operational efficiency and informed decision-making. Kyle holds a degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from Susquehanna University, where they cultivated a strong foundation in quantitative analysis and computational problem-solving.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Kyle enjoys hands-on work in home renovation. In his free time, he has taken on the challenge of transforming a fixer-upper house, applying skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and landscaping. Kyle’s problem-solving abilities and detailed approach have been central in modernizing the home and tackling complex projects—from comprehensive remodeling of living spaces to resolving drainage and structural issues. This commitment to learning and improvement resonates with Kyle’s dedication to technical excellence both inside and outside of the workplace.
