Participants will learn practical strategies for translating these principles into everyday activities, including, quality audits and event management, corrective and preventive action (CAPA) programs and vendor management. Drawing on real-world examples from clinical research environments, the session will demonstrate how a process-based approach and data-driven decision making can improve operational consistency while supporting regulatory compliance and participant protection.
