As Vice President of Clinical Research at Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute, Kim provides executive leadership and administrative oversight of clinical research ancillary departments. In this role, she leads a program of more than 100 therapeutic oncology trials across over 30 research sites, driving strategic initiatives that align with FCS’s mission, vision, and values. She fosters collaboration among physicians, researchers, and executive leadership to advance high-quality, cost-effective, and integrated oncology research and patient care.
Prior to FCS, Kim held leadership roles at InterVenn Biosciences, where she directed global clinical operations and alliance management activities. In this capacity, she built collaborations with key opinion leaders (KOLs), regulatory agencies, and industry partners to expand research networks and accelerate study execution. Earlier in her career, Kim supported research growth at the University of Florida and the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Florida, where she implemented programs that enhanced operational efficiency, expanded clinical trial portfolios, and secured millions in funding.
Kim holds a Master of Health Administration from the University of Central Florida and is a Certified Alliance Management Professional (CA-AM) through the Association of Strategic Alliance Professionals.
