Lark Haunert is a Senior Contract Officer on the Clinical Trials Team in the Office of Research and Sponsored Projects (ORSP) at the University of Michigan. She reviews and negotiates clinical trial agreements that support research across the university. At MAGI@home 2026, Lark co-presents "Expanded Access & Compassionate Use Agreements," which explores contracting and processing for expanded access and emergency use requests. Her session offers a contract officer's perspective on the terms, timelines, and coordination required to move these requests forward.  Attendees will leave with an increased understanding of Expanded Access/Compassionate Use processes.
