Andrea Kukla, MS, is a process optimization–focused leader in clinical research operations at Mayo Clinic. As a Program Manager in the Office of Clinical Trials, she leads an enterprise clinical trial operations team responsible for bringing new studies forward across the organization. Her work aligns strategy, operational excellence, and change management to strengthen research activation systems and processes. In prior roles, Andrea has led clinical trial operations, established new offices, advanced process improvement efforts, and enhanced service delivery through project and operations management expertise.

Andrea’s work centers on leading complex transformational change, improving systems, increasing adoption, and accelerating study activation to elevate service delivery.

Andrea holds an MS in Clinical Research Organization and Management from Drexel University.
