For the past five years he has worked with research sites, site networks, and health systems to implement CTMS, eSource, and research analytics solutions. Before joining RealTime, Miguel spent ten years in clinical research site operations, research finance, and network development. In one example from that work, he used CTMS study builds and reporting to recover roughly $150,000 in study payments on a large trial that had aged past 120 days and was approaching 150. Having worked on both sides, as the operator and as the technology partner, he brings a practical view of what systems can automate and where human judgment still matters.
