Jason Spivey is Founder and Principal Consultant at Unifora, where he helps sponsors, research sites, and technology vendors select, design, and implement clinical research technology that works in real-world operations. His work spans technology strategy, solution design, delivery, system rollouts, user acceptance testing, and process optimization. Before founding Unifora, Jason held clinical technology roles at THREAD and Signant Health, supporting solutions that included eCOA, eConsent, patient engagement, telehealth, sensors, and study platform configuration. Earlier in his career, he managed enterprise technology and connectivity initiatives at Bristol Myers Squibb and other organizations. Jason brings both technical depth and operational context to complex projects, with a focus on aligning platforms to protocol requirements, user needs, timelines, and quality expectations. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Drexel University.
