Megan is the Operational GROwth Administrator at ClinGRO Solutions, where she has spent the last two years turning big ideas into real world projects that help independent clinical research sites thrive. With a Master’s degree in cancer research from the University of Guelph and a background that spans operations, marketing, and business development, Megan brings a unique and grounded perspective to the clinical research space.

She is currently working toward her Project Management Professional certification, a pursuit that reflects her commitment to doing things thoughtfully and with intention.

Megan also co-hosts Coffee To GRO, a human-centred community built around intentional networking and genuine connection for clinical research professionals and beyond. With over 350 active community members and a network of 16,000+ across their platforms, Coffee To GRO has become a space where real relationships are built and the industry feels a little less isolating.
