Name
Where Rubber Meets the Road: The Co-evolution of Policy and Process in Operationalizing Research Billing Compliance
Date & Time
Tuesday, May 20, 2025, 2:00 PM - 3:30 PM
Description
Regardless of size, type, or specialty, every clinical research is driving to the same research billing compliance (RBC) destination: we must not bill research-only services to insurance, we must not overcharge or double bill, and we must accurately modify every claim of a qualifying clinical trial – and do it as efficiently as possible. In this MAGI session, we examine the continual interplay of policy and process in building and maintaining a successful RBC course and discuss the roles of education, training, and professional development in supporting that interplay.
