Ashely Mitchell is the Clinical Research Manager and Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at Arizona Neuroscience Research, where she leverages her diverse background and expertise to make a significant impact in the field. In 2024, Ashely founded Axiom Clinical Research Services, a company dedicated to supporting clinical research sites with budgeting, contracting, and financial services.
Her academic journey began at John A. Gupton Mortuary College in Nashville, TN, where she earned an Associate of Arts in Funeral Directing & Embalming. Ashely then went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences & Business Administration, followed by a Master of Business Administration from Tusculum University in Greeneville, TN.
Ashely’s career in clinical research began in 2017 as a Clinical Research Coordinator in Ophthalmology, where she first made her mark in the industry. In 2019, she transitioned into the field of neuroscience, becoming a Clinical Research Manager and continuing to build her expertise. She was promoted to Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at Arizona Neuroscience Research in 2023, following her role there since 2022.
Outside of her professional life, Ashely enjoys an active lifestyle, including motorbike and horseback riding, volleyball, dancing, and spending quality time with her Double-Doodle puppy, Ducati. She is a proud member of the Association of Clinical Research Professionals (ACRP) and the Society for Clinical Research Sites (SCRS), and is deeply committed to advancing research in neurological disorders. Through her unique blend of education and experience, Ashely continues to make meaningful contributions to the field of neuroscience research.
