Mitchell Hilbe began working in clinical research in 2005, building a career across oncology, autoimmune, rare disease, women’s health, ophthalmology, pain, and infectious disease. He has held clinical operations leadership roles at both CROs and sponsors, with a focus on late-phase trials and expanded access programs. Mitchell is the CEO and founder of DiversiTrials, Chief Strategy Officer at Clinical Research Pro (CRPro), and founder of the Clinical Research Justice League, a nonprofit organization. He is passionate about advancing innovation in research and strengthening equity in healthcare.
