Mr. Hilbe began working in clinical research in 2005 and has had a career focused on oncology, autoimmune, rare disease, women's health, opthalmology, pain, and infectious disease. Mitchell has served in clinical operations leadership roles at CRO and Sponsor organizations with a focus on late phase clinical trials and expanded access programs. In addition to being the CEO and co-founder of DiversiTrials, he also serves as the Head of Site Relations at WideTrial and is the founder of the Clinical Research Justice League.  Mitchell passionately promotes innovation in research and healthcare equity.
