Arianna is a dedicated leader in clinical research and trial agreements, currently serving as the Director of Clinical Trial Agreements and Systems at SUNY Upstate Medical University. With a strong foundation in research and development, Arianna began her career in 2019 as a Clinical Research Associate at Quadrant Biosciences Inc., a pioneering biotech company. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she transitioned to a bench lab role, gaining hands-on experience before advancing to the role of Director of Research and Development. In this capacity, she managed partnerships with academic institutions, oversaw IRB documentation, facilitated clinical trial agreements, and collaborated with engineers to enhance data capture implementation.

In 2024, Arianna brought her expertise to SUNY Upstate Medical University, where she now works alongside counsel to redline and negotiate clinical trial agreements, ensuring seamless and compliant collaborations in medical research.

Beyond her professional career, Arianna is a passionate advocate for wellness and mindfulness. As a 200-hour registered yoga teacher specializing in Power Vinyasa, she holds additional certifications in Restorative and Yin yoga and is currently pursuing a Prenatal Yoga Certification. She teaches weekly classes at a local studio, inspiring students to embrace the power of rest and self-care.
