Clinical research sites face growing operational challenges, including increasing protocol complexity, staffing shortages, and study start-up delays. Drawing on insights from the WCG Clinical Research Site Challenges Report, this session explores how site accreditation and structured quality management systems can address these issues, improve operational efficiency, strengthen sponsor confidence, and support long-term site sustainability.
