Hi There, my name is Nicole M. Huete and I have been with Baptist Health South Florida for nearly ten years and transitioned into clinical research in 2019. I hold a Master of Business Administration and am a Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP).

In my current role, I support research operations by developing and managing study calendars within the CTMS platform, completing MCA's, QCT checklists, and negotiating study budgets. My work focuses on aligning operational, financial, and compliance needs to support successful research studies.

While much of my role centers on numbers and processes, I find it deeply enriching to know that my contributions help make a meaningful difference in patients’ lives.
