Over the last 15 years Jessica has spent much of her career in clinical operations and development starting out site side before transitioning into CRO and FSP pharmaceutical work. Currently Jessica is Regional Director of Operations, Oncology at Flourish Research where she is supporting the growth and development of the oncology arm if the Flourish site network. 

Jessica’s attended graduate school at Vanderbilt University as well as continued professional education at Massachusetts Institute of Technology in artificial intelligence and business strategy. Her team placed 1st in the PharmaTimes Strategic Competition as Clinical Researcher of the Year in 2018 and she has won numerous awards for her academic research as well as recently serving as a Rock Health Innovation Fellow.
