She has led initiatives spanning approximately 1,000 clinical trials across multiple therapeutic areas, including CNS, cardiovascular, metabolic, infectious disease, vaccines, women’s health, and device studies.

Known as a platform builder and operator, Wendy specializes in transforming fragmented research functions into sponsor-ready, scalable enterprises through operational excellence, business development, site activation, and strategic partnerships. She has held senior leadership roles in integrated delivery systems, private equity-backed healthcare organizations, and independent advisory engagements focused on growth, turnaround, and value creation.

Wendy is the Founder of Empower Growth Strategies LLC, where she advises healthcare organizations, research sites, and investors on research strategy, operating model design, and commercial expansion.
