Victor brings more than 30 years of expertise in clinical trials, spanning research, product development, study design, and operations within both industry and site organizations. He is highly skilled in all aspects of clinical trial development, designing studies that generate regulatory and commercial data.  His robust background in electrophysiology, pulmonology, surgery, oncology, and orthodontics facilitates effective engagement with key opinion leaders. Victor has extensive experience negotiating with regulatory authorities across the US, EU, Canada, China, and Japan. His most recent experience has been in developing infrastructure, process and efficiencies to clinical trials operations for a large integrated hospital system.  Because he has in-depth knowledge of both sponsor and site perspectives of clinical trial operations and management, he provides innovative solutions to optimizing trial start-up through execution.
