Her work focuses on protocol digitization and interoperable data to create a more connected, efficient clinical research ecosystem.

Previously, Celia was VP of Product at Florence Healthcare, where she led a global product and design organization supporting clinical trial workflows across sites and sponsors.

With 15+ years of experience across life sciences and technology, she has held leadership roles at Genentech/Roche and Signant Health, focused on advancing more modern, data-driven approaches to clinical research.
