Dr. Anya Derbij is an executive leader in clinical development operations with over 20+ years of global pharma experience leading integrated programs in small molecules and biologics, emphasizing personalized healthcare. Dr. Derbij is experienced in the conduct of domestic and international clinical trials in oncology (hem oncology and solid tumors), immuno-oncology, AAV gene therapy studies in ophthalmology (AMD), hemostasis, rare diseases, and infectious diseases. Dr. Derbij's expertise includes corporate strategy, global clinical operations leadership, building clinical operations department infrastructure, change management, development of SOPs and work procedures, and strategic relationships (KOLs, CROs, Patient Advocacy). Before Cellphire Therapeutics, Dr. Derbij held positions of increased responsibility at Pharmacyclics, Abbvie, REGENXBio Inc., and Gyroscope Therapeutics (now Novartis).
