As SVP & Executive General Manager, Andrew Mackinnon oversees the Customer Value team, ensuring that Medable’s clients can run high-quality, effective, and efficient clinical trials. 

Comprising a highly experienced team of subject matter experts across adoption and change management, TA strategy and patient and site success, the Customer Value team is accountable for introducing new releases and features to customers as well as the larger market, ensuring these align with key client needs and clinical outcome strategies and can be seamlessly adopted into drug development strategies. 

With over two decades of experience in managing clinical trials at large Pharma, Biotech, and CRO companies, Mackinnon leverages his broad operational expertise to improve how the deployment of digital clinical trial methodologies are utilized. From his involvement in one of the earliest deployments of decentralized methodologies, he has been passionate about the benefits that this approach can bring in reducing the burden of clinical research on both sites and patients.
