Gary Grabow

Since 2018, Gary leads the Contracts, Negotiation & Compliance organization in Roche’s Global Procurement Department, a global team responsible for drafting, negotiating, maintaining and advising on thousands of contracts annually for Roche. In this role, Gary recently led the design of, and oversaw transformation of the organization, implementing an agile structure and more efficient ways of contracting and working, internally, with clients, with vendors and with the Legal Department. Prior to joining Roche Global Procurement, Gary was a senior member of the Genentech Legal Department since 1996 where he provided advice and counsel in multiple areas, including pharmaceutical research, clinical development, patent licensing, sales and marketing, and human resources. Gary has been an active member of multiple industry organizations, including Chair of ctlegal, an international trade organization organized by Sidley Austin for in house attorneys at companies that conduct global clinical trials.
