Laura Madarász is the Clinical Research Manager overseeing a team of Clinical Research Coordinators for Trauma and Acute Care Surgery at Inova Health System, with nearly 10 years of experience in the clinical trial field. Madarász has expertise in the full lifecycle of clinical trials across multiple therapeutic areas including oncology, neurology, and intensive care for adult and pediatric populations. With a passion for inclusion and belonging, Madarász also serves as the Reports Lead for REACH All, Inova’s committee dedicated to improving representation in clinical research enrollment and as the Cultural Education Coordinator and incoming Chairman of InovAsians, Inova’s Employee Resource Group for Asian American and Pacific Islanders.
