At Ballad Health, Kayla serves as Corporate Director of Business Development for the Research Institute, where she drives strategic partnerships, research operations, and infrastructure development to expand clinical trial access across a 20-hospital rural health system. Her leadership blends vision with execution, advancing both institutional growth and equitable healthcare innovation.
