But the live Q&A on those sessions is very telling: people weren't asking conceptual questions, they were asking "do you have a QA checklist template," "what tool do you use to track CAPAs," "can you send me the root-cause-analysis template," multiple people posting their email asking for the speaker's checklist afterward. The appetite for this topic isn't exhausted — it's under-served on the tools side. A session built explicitly around "here's the actual checklist/tracker/log, take it and use it Monday" would land better than another audit-overview session.
