Kelsey is the Portfolio Director at Flourish Research, a large clinical research site network. In this role, she oversees project operations across the full study lifecycle, from award through close-out. Her background spans central site operations, clinical monitoring, and study start-up, which gives her a well-rounded view of what it takes to run successful trials. Kelsey is passionate about building strong sponsor partnerships and supporting high-performing site teams.

Outside of work, Kelsey is a veteran, a military spouse, and a mom to three kids who keep her busy with travel sports. When she isn't at the baseball or softball fields, she enjoys reading and traveling with her family.
