MaryAnn Bowman is the Founder & CEO of ClinGRO Solutions and Creator of Coffee To GRO. She has worked in clinical research since 2012, with deep roots in site financial operations, budget negotiations, CTMS financials, revenue recovery, and financial advocacy. Throughout her career, she has helped research sites generate and recover millions in revenue while advocating for stronger budgets, payment terms, and sustainable financial practices.

Today, MaryAnn’s work extends far beyond the numbers. Through ClinGRO Solutions, she works with research sites, businesses, founders, and industry professionals on business development, visibility branding, and positioning, relationship strategy, strategic introductions, conference strategy, operational and financial strategy, and finding new opportunities to GRO. Sometimes that means opening the right door; other times it means looking at a business, brand, or challenge from a different perspective and identifying what’s missing.

MaryAnn is also the creator of Coffee To GRO, a clinical research community built around intentional networking, wellness, collaboration, and authentic human connection. Coffee To GRO creates spaces for people to connect differently through virtual and local events, retreats, conference experiences, wellness activities, and its signature Badge Bedazzling activations, including at MAGI.

As a women-owned and disability-owned business leader and chronic pain advocate, MaryAnn brings lived experience into how she approaches business, accessibility, wellness, and community.
