How would you like to participate in MAGI 2027?

Complete any or all of the three sections below. You can offer to moderate, tell us the topics you're qualified to present on, propose a specific session — or do all three. Leave blank any section that doesn't apply to you.

Submissions are due Friday, November 20, 2026. We'll notify you of acceptance by Friday, January 8, 2027.

I would like to moderate

Moderators run panels and debates: they open the session, keep time, distribute airtime, follow up on evasive answers, and lead the Q&A. Moderators don't present slides. Tell us which topics or tracks you're comfortable moderating and describe your experience leading a discussion in front of an audience.

I would like to speak

Not sure exactly what you'd present? That's fine. Tell us the topics you're qualified to speak on, the depth you can teach at (introductory, intermediate, or advanced), and the formats you're comfortable with — solo presentation, panelist, or workshop facilitator. We'll match you to sessions that need faculty.

I have a session to propose

Bring us a specific idea: a case study, a practical tool, a problem you've solved. Include a working title, what the session covers, and three learning objectives: what attendees will be able to do afterward. Note the format you have in mind and any co-presenters you'd suggest. Suggested co-presenters aren't guaranteed a place: we don't seat more than one speaker from the same organization in a session, and when a topic has more than one side, we aim to represent each organization type. i.e., CRO, sponsor, site. Please indicate if you would prefer to present solo.
