Darian started her career in research over 7 years ago at the University of Texas at Arlington. She spearheaded an NIH grant funded study and supported several other novel projects in cardiovascular imaging, resulting in multiple successful publications. From here, she transitioned her efforts to sponsor-initiated clinical trials at a private gastroenterology practice. Darian developed her skills at the site-level for the next several years, from sourcing trials through new sponsor relationships to feasibilities, regulatory maintenance, contracting, and budget negotiations. With the desire to continue supporting sites and healthcare businesses, she has been able to collaborate with many organizations to establish strong, long-lasting partnerships, which has led to significant business growth. Darian desires to continue growing research and healthcare businesses as a trusted partner and reliable teammate through strategic partnerships, efficient processes, and out-of-the-box solutions.
