Lilith Mist has over 25 years of experience in clinical trial research.  She began her career as a study coordinator and CRA before moving into trial & project management.  She has led multiple high priority programs at Merck including in the endocrine, cardiovascular, neurology, infectious disease, immunology and vaccine therapeutic areas.  Today as an Executive Clinical Research Director in Global Clinical Trial Operations, she oversees the execution of ID, Immunology, & Vaccine trials within the US.  She leads the company's eISF initiative and has made substantive contributions to the strategy for Diversity & Inclusion in clinical trials, community engagement and de-centralized trial implementation & oversight.
