Chuck began his career at Merck in 2015 as an Agreement Specialist in Merck's Global Site Agreements team. Throughout his tenure with Merck, Chuck has served in a variety of roles supporting a diverse portfolio of functions including investigator initiated studies, data sharing agreements, non-interventional studies (NIS), confidential disclosure agreements, early-stage development studies, and delegations of authority letters (DOA). Prior to moving to his new role supporting Latin America, Integrations, and Post Trial Drug Access, he served as the lead for outsourced NIS studies and DOA. Chuck graduated from Temple University with a degree in History and earned a J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law.
