Chad Plumb is the Director of Continuous Improvement at WCG Clinical, where he leads enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across healthcare and clinical research operations. With more than a decade of experience, he has built and scaled Lean-based improvement systems that drive measurable results—delivering financial impact while embedding a culture of operational excellence across more than a dozen business units. Chad specializes in aligning data-driven insights with executive priorities, leading cross-functional teams, and designing scalable programs that improve efficiency, quality, and organizational performance.

A Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Chad brings deep expertise in change leadership, process improvement, and strategic operations. He is known for translating complex challenges into practical, actionable solutions and for developing leaders at all levels—having mentored dozens of Green Belt and Yellow Belt candidates. His work sits at the intersection of continuous improvement, technology enablement, and organizational culture, with a growing focus on integrating AI and automation into business processes.
